Dr Zhou started off on the wrong note – she walked into the appointment directly from another patient and did not wash her hands. Conducted test and started grilling her elderly patient about his medications although all of the information was in his file on her computer screen. Did not address the patient, instead talked to the accompanying caregiver. Condescending tone and conflicting information given, however no resolution to the issue, just a follow-up appointment. Seemed motivated by money. No bedside manner, unpleasant to speak to, totally unprofessional. Would not recommend. If you do have to visit Dr Zhou, bring an advocate.
