Holtby is an arrogant, rude person who is definitely not empathetic or compassionate. She has absolutely no bedside manner and should not be working with people. 5 years ago she looked at my husband’s CT scan, turned to us and said, ” He’ll be dead in 6 months.” Who does that? Happy to say he’s still alive. I hear she’s being sued in Vernon.
