i had a concern about a possibly serious side effect of my broken arm; no appointment, and he was not my surgeon, but I was able to see him very soon after my call to the orthopaedic clinic. He was polite, gentle, and settled my fears. The desk administrator, and Aaron(sp?), a staff member, were also very helpful, accommodating, and kind and wished me all the best for my upcoming surgery. I gave 4 stars because I was with him for literally only 5 minutes, but it really settled my nerves; I was seen by the doctor within 10 min after arriving!
