18 th Dec 2024 terrible work team experience i was seen by dr yao exilent she refrral to wrist dr ottawa till 2 month they dint receive my referral i went back to dr yao office staff said she sent again but i called ottawa dr office they still dint receive then i mailed a copy of referral to ottawa ,i sent email to ottawa office asking about my refrral todat the march 7th i got reply that they receive my rafrral on 25th feb and waiting time is 6 month
