How the idea of creating WildsMD came about
We, Nikolai and Julia, are doctors originally from Ukraine. In our practice, we have encountered the fact that patients often have difficulties when choosing a medical specialist. They are afraid to face incompetence, negligence, and rudeness. We conducted a study and found out that people frequently seek help on the Internet, looking for reviews and advice with such requests as “recommend a good cardiologist”, “recommend a family doctor”, etc. But most often, the official websites of clinics and medical centers appear in Google search results where there are few reviews, or they do not inspire confidence, so most patients look for information on forums or independent sites.
We have studied medical review sites from all over the world (such as: Ratemds.com, Vitals.com, SutterHealth.org, etc.) to create the highest quality, most convenient, and most useful service.

We strive to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information about medical practice, reviews, and ratings of medical service providers so that users can find the necessary specialist based on personal experience and the opinions of other patients. We also created a place where not only can you find reviews, but everyone can share their story of seeking medical help. Each user of the site can share their personal opinion about the doctor's attitude, his education, qualifications, conditions in the clinic, politeness of the staff, etc.

WildsMD is not a medical organization, we do not insist on or personally recommend specific doctors. Our mission is to provide site users with the opportunity to make an informed decision when choosing a doctor, based on the experience of other patients.

Contact UsTo create content, we use information from open sources, such as the official websites of clinics, hospitals, and medical funds. Doctors, their representatives, or patients can also create a profile. The information will be posted after moderation. You can find out who created the profile and the source of the information at the bottom of the profile page (see "Sources used in this profile").
Any doctor or their representative can edit the required profile by clicking on the “Edit profile” button on the page. In the editing form, you can correct or supplement any information about your practice (for example: address, phone, email, etc.). The information will be changed after moderation.
If you want to delete a profile, use the form by clicking on the “Remove profile” button on the page.
All patients who have visited the doctor and who have experience communicating with him/her can leave reviews. Evaluate only the professional qualities of the doctor that relate to his/her medical practice. Click the “Leave review” button on the doctor's page to leave a review. You can evaluate the professional qualities of the doctor by answering several questions in the questionnaire, rating the doctor with a star rating from 1 to 5, and writing a detailed comment. All reviews are moderated before publication, this may take some time.
The site administration reserves the right not to publish or delete reviews that violate human rights and cause moral damage to anyone, are offensive and aggressive. In order for your review to be published, be polite, adhere to generally accepted moral standards and be objective. Remember that even the most negative review can be written in a cultured and restrained manner.

The doctor rating is formed based on user ratings from 1 to 5, an average value is derived, which is calculated using the formula: the sum of all ratings is divided by the number of users. For example, user A left a rating of 5 stars, and user B - 1 star, the total rating is 6, 6 is divided by 2 users, based on this calculation we get an average rating of 3 stars.
If you need to contact a doctor, use the contacts listed on the profile page. WildsMD is a service for reviews of doctors and clinics, we do not contact doctors directly regarding patients' medical issues.
If you think a review should be removed, please let us know via the “Contact Us” form, including your name and the reason for removal. If during our review process we find the review to be unreliable, outdated, defamatory, inclusive of profanity, information that is not relevant to your medical practice, we will remove it immediately. Also, if you disagree with the opinions of some patients, you may reply to their review by clicking on “Reply”, thus protecting your professional reputation.
Any information you post online is publicly available. You have every right to sue us, but before you do, consider the legal costs and attorney fees. It is easier and faster to write to us via the “Contact Us” form or info@wildsmd.com to remove any information.
WildsMD is an independent source of reviews, as we do not charge for creating profiles, publishing reviews, or deleting reviews. All activities are funded by advertising, which allowed us to make the service free for users.
