1 review about Dr Jacqueline Morkos
I’ll make this short and sweet.
It was my first time at Cheo, taking my daughter as she was throwing up a lot, super fatigued, and has no appetite to eat or drink..
My experience was the worst ever, by far, in any medical clinic, hospital, or health facility in Ottawa and Gatineau.
After a 6 hr wait, moving into 5 different waiting zones, we went in and saw “Dr.” Jacqueline Morkos.
She had zero empathy, zero compassion, zero care, and plenty of rudeness.
She was supper arrogant and “bossy” to say the least, and showed no patience or communication or even willingness to talk.
I’ll keep it at that.
When you’re working with the lives and health of someone’s most valuable thing in the world, please make sure the pre-requisite is patience, care, and compassion.
If you’re in it for the money, there’s plenty of sales jobs that pay even more and I can get you one.
This will be going on the media, as the word out there, that Cheo is where you should bring your kids, is a bit misleading.
One last comment, please make sure “Dr.” Morkos is recertified/retrained on using the Otoscope as she clearly demonstrated her lack of knowledge and confidence in using one.
