After waiting over two hours past my scheduled appointment, Dr. Jonathan Fadel (urology) arrived unprepared, disinterested, and dismissive, offering nothing useful and wasting my time. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for patients is unacceptable. If you are assigned Dr. Fadel, it’s in your best interest to await an alternative option.
Dr Fadel is very professional and committed to his work, took plenty of time to discuss my bladder cancer diagnosis. I cannot thank him enough for treating my cancer.
