i am not a person who goes out of my way to leave reviews or say things about people but this is a very serious warning to NOT USE THIS WOMAN FOR HELP! i have struggled ( at the time she worked with me i was around 16 ,female) my entire life. im now 19 but STILL remember how awful this doctor was and how much she set me back/ made things worse so i had to say something. as a person who’s struggled life long with mental health and physical health issues because of mental health me and my mother started seeing her, long story short we only heard from her on our not even 5 minute facetime calls every month- where she wouldn’t even listen to anything i had to say and just prescribes me onto a new drug. she had me on everything from antidepressants to antipsychotics. i have never felt like such a guinea pig being tested on. i went through more withdrawals then i can remember, basically every week- some drugs worse then others. until one appointment i finally snapped. i had to finally stand up for myself. i started getting emotional and said something along the lines of how she wasn’t helping and how i just felt like a whole pharmacy of a person(in a pretty nice way for the record) and how mean she was, she then blamed me for not working hard enough (i was working my ass off to just stay alive everyday, iv been in therapy for years etc like what else could i do??) and then went on to attack my mother (who has always been an amazing mother and caregiver helping me) saying basically shes a bad mother and not helping me enough either. by that point i stood up and left the room because i couldn’t stand to sit there and be attacked/ hear my mom be belittled and attacked. A DOCTOR. with no empathy or RESPECT for her patients, doesn’t care about what her patients even have to say and blames them for their mental health. this is crazy. how she has not lost her license is beyond me. if i could leave a “review” for this “doctor” in the negatives i would.
