Abruptly shut down screen and ended access with no notice. Did not inform of diagnosis. Discovered the diagnosis when I requested my medical records for insurance purposes. The diagnosis was shocking and horrifying and all who know me closely completely disagree and are also horrified by the diagnosis. Now I cannot access her to have it changed. This has been a nightmare situation. Wish I had never met this cruel and unkind woman. Stay away from this harmful woman. She has a vindictive and malevolent streak she will apply with no explanation.
