1 review about Dr Colleen Parker
She spent a long time explaining that IBS isn’t a wastebasket “we don’t know” diagnosis even though everyone has a different presentation and responds to different medications so it’s probably a bunch of different problems we’re all lumping together – which, sorry, to a suffering patient that is literally the same thing. She offered no testing and dodged questions about how suggested medications worked or how they might help specific symptoms. She seemed very happy to hear herself talk from a position of authority over me as the patient. I wasted a lot of time waiting to see her and coming far into Toronto. Awful and useless. She even showed me the way out like she couldn’t wait to get rid of me, as if I couldn’t find my way back without help. Unbelievable ego and very good at spending a long time saying nothing helpful while thinking she has and clearly being proud of herself for it.
