I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. [Last Name]. During our phone consultation, she made multiple inaccurate assumptions about my health, including diagnosing me with insomnia and anxiety—despite my clear statements to the contrary. She also seemed confused about the nature of our visit, believing I had seen her in person when we had only spoken over the phone.
Despite a lengthy discussion about my chronic pain, she dismissed my concerns and seemed more focused on her own assumptions than on actually listening to me. Her failure to accurately recall basic details and her tendency to reach unfounded conclusions left me questioning her ability to provide competent medical care.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Rucker to anyone seeking thorough and attentive geriatric care. Patients deserve a physician who listens, remembers key details, and provides accurate assessments—unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
I thought she and her team were thorough and caring and gave me adequate time and attention. Highly recommend this caring and considerate doctor
