I was seen by Dr. Gurpaul Bajwa In LHO ER Dept. on Nov. 25, 2025 at 1 am. I sustained a rt. foot injury following a fall of approximately 9 feet. I arrived at Lakeridge Health Oshawa ER dept at approx. 21 hours on November 24, 2025. I was seen by Dr. Bajwa at 1 am on Nov 25. He very briefly looked at my foot, told me he had made an appointment with the fracture clinic for the following week. He stated ” I could attend the fracture clinic or not.” “Maybe I had a hairline fracture of my heel.” Several minutes after this encounter with Dr. Bajwa he left the room .
