1 review about Dr Lisa Millstein
I was a patient of Dr. Millstein’s for over 10 years. For the last seven of those years, I avoided booking appointments whenever I could, because every visit meant the same thing: a wait of 40 minutes to an hour, followed by a lecture about how busy she is and how I’m wasting her time.
Today, I had a physical exam booked for 11:45 AM. I wasn’t seen until 12:40 PM. When I finally got in, I asked about my blood results — only to be told this appointment wasn’t for that, and I’d need to book yet another one.
I walked out of that office in tears. No patient should ever be made to feel that way.
