Unreliable scheduling and poor patient communication! Over the past two years, I was referred by my family doctor to this specialist. Unfortunately, my experience with their office has been extremely disappointing.
Scheduling has been a constant struggle: appointments were booked months in advance, only to be repeatedly rescheduled or canceled at the last minute. I received multiple calls and voicemails asking me to confirm or reschedule, and even after confirming, I was placed back on a waiting list.
On one occasion, I accepted and confirmed a virtual appointment through their email invite, but the doctor never showed up. Despite my attempts to reach the office during that time, I was left without any explanation. It has now been over a week since that missed appointment, and I have not received any follow-up or even a courtesy call to acknowledge the inconvenience.
Patients deserve reliability, respect, and clear communication. I hope this office takes steps to improve their scheduling process and patient care, because the current system causes unnecessary stress and undermines trust. What has been most disappointing is that after all these scheduling issues and even a missed appointment where the doctor never showed up, I never received a follow‑up call or even a simple apology. That lack of basic courtesy speaks volumes about how little patient experience seems to matter here.
