I saw him last week at the hospital in Amherst and he was rude and condescending towards me and my daughter who was trying to discuss my care with him. i DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM.
Although soft spoken and kind at a glance this Dr is condosending and very rude. He may be better in emergency settings but he is working on NS where family Drs are hard to find and people are at emerg for non urgent things and he has no time for that. Basically made me feel like why the fuck are you here… There’s nothing I can do for you. When I tried to explain why I’m here he said “let me talk” and then started tomorrow say all the things he could send me for if I felt it was
necessary.. he listed off so many things I was confused. Am I not here to see a doctor not be the doctor.. once he left u checked his rateMD and I am not the only one who feels this way! He left me in tears. I caught my triage nurse walking by and I mentioned it to her and before I knew it he was back and asking me why I was so upset. When I started to tell him he again became condosending and telling me he gave me all these options and I declined. And then asked me what I wanted to do. Even if I am over worrying my condition and there was nothing he could do he could have went about it much differently. There was no reassurance or explanation to why I’m fine. The triage nurse was very compassionate and I got the feeling this wasn’t the first issue they have had with this doctor.
