Oleg is an old fashioned psychiatrist. He is quick to diagnose depression and anxiety instead of seeing those as symptoms of what is really going on. He ignores patient provided differential diagnosis and talks down to the patient. He is very condescending. When trying to discuss recent progress or studies in psychopharmacology, he dismisses you and tells you that’s not how it works in the real world.
My entire time with him has been extremely frustrating and I hate our medical system for allowing dinosaurs like him to survive. We need more options.
