Very unpleasant experience. I didn’t feel listened to at all and the doctor acted rude and dismissive.
I was referred for an ADHD consult. He was extremely rude, weren’t listening to me and only in 20 minutes of our meeting he completely dismissed my concerns. I have every symptom of ADHD, was told by multiple psychologists to get checked. Instead he was reading off a depression questionnaire and told me to keep taking antidepressant that wasn’t working for me. He kept steering my answers into indicating depression and dismissed every ADHD symptom I described as actually being depression related.
