Dr Omotayo is extremely rude and unprofessional. She lost her temper at me 5 minutes into the appointment because I had more than 1 health concern that I wanted to discuss, for which I had recorded timelines on my notebook.
I’ve been having back pain for almost 6 months that goes down to my leg. After I tell her how the pain has progressed she asks me “what do u want from me?” And I ask for some type of body imaging to rule out anything serious so I can continue going to the gym and be safe. She says “no.” then tells me to go to
any physio therapist and basically they will deal with it.
I also requested for a hormone level check because I’m losing hair and I have extremely painful periods to the point where l’m vomiting bile and I pass out from pain, forcing me to take the day off of work. She proceeds to tell me that that is normal and to deal with it. I wouldn’t even be finished talking and she would be shaking her head. I am so tired of these doctors minimizing female healthcare, and it’s even more disappointing to see it coming from a female doctor. All I asked for was to get my hormone levels checked and be put on a waitlist to see an endocrinologist for her to blow up on me.
Don’t waste your time getting checked with her.
