I personally would not reccomend this doctor. I tried to see them back in late 2017, when they ran the 52nd Avenue Clinic in Red Deer and I was attempting to start my transition. But about 2 appointments in, their office stopped answering my calls so I couldn’t book my next appointment. I kept calling and leaving messages up to about 3 times per week for over a month (even getting my brother to try calling once), after a while their voicemail was full and I could no longer leave messages. Eventually I thought to call the front desk of Skyway Medical Center (the building in Red Deer they were running the 52 Avenue Clinic out of), and was told that they had moved out of the building, and the desk had no new contact info or a location to give me for them, at which point I gave up. A year later, I was seeing a different doctor in Calgary throught the SAIT Health Clinic who tried to find and get in contact with them to get a copy of my patient file, she was unable to even find them, let alone contact them. Dr. Marshall completely ghosted me, needless to say, I don’t trust this doctor after all this, and I don’t think anyone else should either.
