Worst experience I have had with a doctor in several decades. She was rude, dismissive and spent a maximum of five minutes with me. Refused to tell me how to use the medication she prescribed. Told me the pharmacist would explain and walked out. Went to drug store and pharmacist could not figure it out. Told me the script given was incomplete and had to spend 20 minutes on phone to get proper instructions. Later I found out that I still had the wrong instructions.
Now am waiting to see another ENT but have suffered needlessly for over a month. She is a disaster!
