Had Dr.Fu do my colonoscopy today Nov26 2025,I was anxious even nervous,she assured me everything would be smooth sailing and she was right. Her assistants were very caring n helpful and my procedure was on time,quick n most importantly pain free. Had 2 polyps removed and sent off ,and apparently internal hemmoroid but I am happy and content with her care/expertise and glad I asked for her and team
She called referred a patient as “not very smart” when the instruction was not clear and went on to talk about her personal life to others while the patient was in the room getting the procedure done. Overall, as a healthcare professional myself, I felt she was condescending and unprofessional. Regardless of how good or smart she is, she has not humility nor empathy. She needs to live a longer life and face more challenges to on her own appreciate what “smart” means.
